Shipping

We are committed to ensuring your artwork arrives safely and promptly, no matter where you are in Australia. We endeavour to ship your beautiful new artwork as soon as possible (generally between 2 and 10 business days). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If you require framing, please email Alicia before placing your order - this will add an additional 1-3 weeks onto the dispatch time.  Our framers are usually very efficient, and produce frames of the highest-quality. 

Local Shipping (Perth)

Pick up or delivery can be organised, if requested, for those in Perth. Please send us an email prior to check out to check if this is available for you.

International Shipping

If you require international shipping, please email Alicia for a quote before placing your order.

Returns

Each of Alicia Kavanagh’s pieces are created with care, intention, and attention to detail. We kindly ask that you choose carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions about a piece, it’s colour, scale, or materials, Alicia is more than happy to help you before you place your order. All purchases are considered final sale.



Damaged Items

We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely. All items are professionally packed and shipped with care. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

To process a damage claim, we require:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item

  • Photographs of the packaging (including any damage to the exterior)

  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue

We’ll do our best to make it right, either through a replacement, store credit, or refund (where applicable and at our discretion).


Colour & Variation Disclaimer

Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We do our best to photograph each artwork and product in natural light to reflect its true tone and texture. However, due to screen calibration and lighting, minor variation can occur and is not considered a fault or reason for refund.


Custom & Commissioned Work

Due to their highly personal and made-to-order nature, custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable under any circumstances unless damaged in transit.

We work closely with our collectors during the creation of custom works to ensure alignment of expectations and outcome. By proceeding with a custom order, you agree to accept the artist’s interpretation and style.
